Your people. A little closer.

Your work brings them in.
Your community
brings them closer.

A home for the people who want more than the next post. Bring your conversations, content, courses and live experiences together—under your brand.

01 / The relationship beyond the reach

They love what you make.
Where do they go next?

The video ends. The post moves down the feed. Someone wants to ask a question, learn your process or meet people who share their interest.

Give that interest somewhere to go. Aucoto Community brings your work and the people around it into one connected home.

Keep the channels that help people discover you. Add a place designed for the relationship that comes afterwards.

02 / Sound familiar?

The work is yours.
The work around it keeps growing.

Always another post.

You finish something you’re proud of. Before you can enjoy the conversation, it feels like time to make the next thing.

Give good work a longer life in an organised library, with discussion that can continue around it.

People. Everywhere.

Questions in DMs. Links in email. A group over there. You become the person constantly pointing everyone in the right direction.

Bring member conversations, resources and event details into a home people can find their way around.

More than a view.

People connect with your work, but a comment section gives them little room to connect with one another—or go deeper with you.

Create shared spaces for questions, ideas and the interests that brought them together.

03 / Inside your community

Less scattered.
More connected.

Your conversations, your creative process and your live experiences. Not three separate destinations. Parts of the same world.

Members discuss editing their first short film in a group conversation, while a direct message helps Noor find a shot-planning worksheet.

Channels · Direct messages · Group chat · Polls

From an audience watching
to people taking part.

Open a space for first attempts, behind-the-scenes questions or the topic everyone wants to explore. Let members share their work, swap ideas and help one another.

Use 1:1 and group chat for more focused conversations. Poll your community about the next workshop, and pin useful guidance so you don’t have to repeat every answer.

A closer connection doesn’t have to mean constant access to you. Set clear expectations about where and when you’ll take part.

A three-part Start with a story course brings a filmmaking lesson, discussion and downloadable shot-planning worksheet together.

Make your back catalogue
someone’s next beginning.

Your best work shouldn’t depend on someone remembering when you posted it. Organise tutorials, recordings, reading lists and resources into a place worth returning to.

Turn a method into a course, give newcomers a clear starting point or share the process behind your latest release. Keep questions alongside the learning.

Build from the work you’ve already made. Add new material when it serves your members—not just to fill a calendar.

A Finding your visual voice member workshop includes an RSVP, a community Q&A and resources from the previous session.

Something to look forward to.
Somewhere to come back to.

Host a Q&A, a creative workshop, a listening discussion or a work-in-progress session. Give people one place to find the details and RSVP.

Use a supported native live room on an eligible plan, or share an external meeting link. Afterwards, upload the replay and resources so the conversation can keep going.

Choose a rhythm you can enjoy keeping. A thoughtful monthly session can be a clearer promise than being available all the time.

04 / A model that fits your work

A membership.
Not a promise to make more forever.

A clear reason to join. A rhythm you can sustain.

If paid membership is right for you, build it around something people genuinely value: a useful library, shared learning, thoughtful discussion or time together.

Aucoto Community supports free, paid and tiered access. You decide the offer, who it serves and what’s included. No need to turn every follower into a paying member.

An open invitation

Start with belonging.

A free space to meet, share ideas and take part in the conversation around your work.

Free community
A deeper experience

Give the curious more.

Member-only content, a resource library or regular live sessions with a clear, manageable scope.

Paid membership
A shared direction

Make progress together.

A course or focused cohort where people learn your approach and discuss what they’re trying.

Learning community

A platform supports the offer. People still need a reason to join, enjoy it and stay. Recurring revenue is an opportunity—not a guaranteed outcome.

Room for the people. Room for the work.

You can bring people closer
without being always on.

Start with a few purposeful spaces. Pin the essentials. Set conversation guidelines and a response rhythm. Make room for members to contribute—not only consume.

The community needs your direction. It shouldn’t need every spare hour of your life.

05 / Whatever you create

Different work.
The same human connection.

01 / Video & visual storytelling

Beyond the final edit.

Share the process, unpack creative choices and invite people to discuss the work that inspires them.

02 / Writers & podcasters

Keep the idea moving.

Create a home for reading lists, episode discussions, member questions and conversations with your audience.

03 / Educators & subject experts

From insight to practice.

Bring tutorials, resources and live learning together, with a place for people to ask questions as they go.

04 / Artists, makers & creative communities

Let people into the process.

Share works in progress, run creative prompts and make space for members to show what they’re making too.

06 / Built around you

Your name on the door.
Your purpose inside.

A community that feels like part of your work.

Use your branding, colours and domain. Bring your content and conversations into an experience members can access on mobile and desktop.

You don’t need to launch everything at once. We help shape the structure around your audience, your offer and the time you actually have.

  1. 01 / Find the reason

    Who is this for?

Define what brings people together and what they’ll get from being here.

  2. 02 / Make it clear

    Give it a simple shape.

A welcome, a few useful spaces, your best resources and a first shared experience.

  3. 03 / Invite people in

    Start with a real conversation.

Invite interested people from your existing channels. Learn what they value before expanding.

07 / Before you begin

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Do I need a huge audience?

No fixed follower count makes a community worthwhile. A smaller group with a clear shared interest may be a better starting point than a large but disengaged audience. The important question is whether people have a reason to take part.

Does this replace my social channels or newsletter?

It doesn’t have to. Keep using those channels for discovery, publishing and staying in touch. Your community gives interested people a place for deeper conversations, learning and shared experiences. People still need to choose to join; followers aren’t automatically moved across.

Can I offer free and paid membership?

Yes. Free, paid and tiered membership options let you organise different levels of access. Decide what belongs in each and make the value clear. We’ll discuss the right setup for your offer rather than assuming every community needs a paywall.

Can I bring my existing content?

You can build courses and resource spaces around content you have the rights to share, including videos, recordings and learning materials. We’ll review what you have and the supported formats when planning the setup. This doesn’t imply automatic migration from every platform or specialist podcast distribution.

Will I have to be online all the time?

You can set clear participation and response expectations, create useful pinned guidance and encourage members to help one another. That can make the experience more manageable, but the platform doesn’t replace human moderation or a thoughtful community rhythm.

Can I run workshops, Q&As and courses?

Yes. Combine courses and resources with events and RSVPs. Native live sessions depend on the plan and setup; you can also use external meeting links. Upload recordings and supporting materials afterwards for members who couldn’t attend.

Will it feel like my brand, including on mobile?

Your community can use your logo, colours and custom domain, with a responsive experience on phones and computers. An optional branded mobile app is a separate consideration, not something assumed to be included in every setup.

Where should I start?

Start with the people already asking for more: more discussion, a clearer way to learn or a place to meet others. Choose one useful purpose and a sustainable offer. Then explore the wider Aucoto Community features to see how the pieces can fit together.
